Governor John Hickenlooper proclaimed October Family Health Month, honoringfamily medicine physicians and members of the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP), the largest specialty medical society in Colorado. CAFP’s 2,000 members are at the forefront of advancing quality health care for all Coloradans and are strong proponents of Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) that will transform and enhance the delivery of primary care.
